Return & Refund Policy for SIAM Collection

Return Conditions:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The products were delivered to you in the last 24 hours
• The products you received are in the original packaging
• The products you received are broken/damaged/completely different from what you had ordered

A parcel opening video is compulsory for the return to be accepted. Please send us the video along with the order confirmation on our email or WhatsApp.

The following products cannot be returned:

• Goods that have been personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning process:

You shall be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. Please send the goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for any products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Refund:

Once the products received by you has been approved for return, the refund amount shall be credited to your mode of payment within 24 hours after we receive the returned products. In case of COD, please email/WhatsApp us your Gpay/PayTM number.
