2.1 All our jewelry is crafted from high-quality sterling silver. Variations in product design, finish, or color may occur due to the handmade nature of some items.

2.3 We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by wearing our products. Customers should review product materials carefully.
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 All prices are listed in Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of taxes.
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-10 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Shipping costs and taxes, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
5.1 You may cancel your order within 5 hours of being placed. Products are not eligible to be cancelled after shipping.
5.2 For COD orders, we may cancel your order if our delivery partners do not provide COD service at your location. A WhatsApp message will be sent to you notifying the same and you may opt for online payment or choose another delivery location.
5.3 We accept returns within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.4 Returns are subject to certain conditions in accordance with our Return Policy, available at https://siamcollection.in/return-policy/
5.5 Customized or engraved items are non-returnable.
5.6 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item & within 24 hours of cancellation of the order.
5.7 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, including images, designs, logos, and text on our website, is the intellectual property of SIAM Collection. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Liability
7.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
7.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
